The premier builder of contemporary office space in Southern Maryland and respected property management firm make up the two divisions of Wildewood Group still located in the heart of the community conceived and developed by the company’s founder, Ed Wettengel.
Today Wildewood Group is led by Michael Wettenel and consists of two corporate divisions: Wildewood Property Management and Wildewood Builders.
The group has developed, leased and managed over 1.5 million square feet of office, retail and warehouse space throughout Southern Maryland during the past three decades. Their expertise coincides with the needs of the contracting industry serving the top-security firms associated with the NAS:Patuxent River.
