Weapons Tests at Dahlgren Prompt Lawsuit by Environmental Groups
US Navy weapons testing at the Naval Surface Warfare Center at Dahlgren, VA, has sparked a lawsuit by two environmental groups. Environmentalists allege the tests don’t abide by the Clean Water Act.
