The Patuxent Partnership again brings the Junior Science and Humanities Symposium Maryland Regional Competition to St. Mary’s College of Maryland, March 28, 2020. Regional participants will present their original research and experimentation in the sciences, technology, engineering, and mathematics at the symposium. Regional winners progress to the National Symposium in Norfolk, VA, in April.

Maryland has named and convened a Housing Advisory Committee to drive the creation of the state’s first-ever needs assessment of affordable housing. The assessment was called for during the 2018 Maryland legislative session. Draft findings are due in June.
