A reminder for St. Mary’s County residents: Christmas trees can be dropped off at the St. Andrew’s Landfill and the county convenience centers free of charge. Undecorated trees may be placed in the designated areas at these sites through Jan. 31, 2021.

MET Volunteer Land Stewards Needed

Maryland Environmental Trust is looking for volunteers who are passionate about land conservation to work in the field as volunteer land stewards. Two virtual training classes are being offered in January and February.
