A high wind warning remains in effect through Saturday, March 3, 2018. Winds of between 30 and 40 mph with gusts up to 70 mph can be expected. Some downed trees have been reported in the northern part of St. Mary’s County.

Rogers Drive will be extended from Missouri Avenue in Colony Square to Willows Road. The St. Mary’s County Commissioners recently signed a contract with the St. Mary’s Community Development Corporation (CDC) to design and construct the extension.
