Preliminary Breath Test instruments are in high demand for law enforcement agencies. The devices, used to quickly test alcohol consumption, are one of the most frequently used items in most agencies. In early November, the Nam Knights of America, Skipjack chapter donated a Preliminary Breath Test instrument to the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office.
