County Appoints Jurisdictional Medical Director
A new jurisdictional medical director has been appointed by the St. Mary’s County commissioners to manage the quality of patient care that is provided by the county’s Emergency Medical Services Operational Program. Dr. Daniel Geary will start his duties as the JMD on Sept. 5.
Great Mills Pool to Close Two Days
Because of seasonal maintenance, the Great Mills Swimming Pool will close beginning at 6 pm Aug. 29 and Aug. 30. The pool will re-open for normal operation at 8 am Aug. 31.
