Join LexiCon 2024 at the Lexington Park Library from 10am to 4pm Saturday, October 12. LexiCon is for people of all ages who love comic books, science fiction, fantasy, gaming, and superheroes.
Update: Forums Set for Board of Ed Candidates
Two candidate forums for the three St. Mary’s County Board of Education races on the ballot in November will be held at the Lexington Park Library.

The Lexington Park Library will host a composting workshop from 6 to 7pm Monday, August 12.
Check Out Summer Reading @ Library
The St. Mary’s County Library hosts Summer Reading for all ages. The program runs through August 24, 2024.
School Summer Lunch Program Begins June 10
St. Mary’s County children and their families will be able to access free and nutritious meals Monday through Friday for 10 weeks during the summer. Meals for children 18 and younger are free.
Lex Park Library Open for Limited Use May 6-12
The Lexington Park Library will install new shelving starting May 6. The project should be finished by May 13. During that time, the lobby will be open, and customers can pick up their holds to checkout. The main part of the library will be closed to the public.
Lex Park Library Hosts Vets Book Group
The Lexington Park Library hosts a book discussion series for veterans led by Vietnam vet Wayne Karlin.
Library to Host Black History Program
The Lexington Park Library will host “Soul of Langston,” a Black History Month performance from 2 to 3pm on Saturday, February 3, at the library on FDR Boulevard in Lexington Park, MD.
