What’s the Hold-up With UAS?
“Unmanned aviation is a pie in need of a Solomonic cutting,” RADM Tim Heely said, introducing a panel of those claiming a legitimate share of the pie including the Federal Aviation Administration, a burgeoning marketplace, and the US military. The UAS technology is ahead of regulation and the market hasn’t yet decided how much unmanned autonomy it wants.
Moore to Lead TPP Program on China
Dr. Dale Moore will lead the “China: An Existential Threat to the Global Order” discussion sponsored by The Patuxent Partnership on Aug. 26, 2021. The in-person program will be held from 8 to 9:30 am at the University System of Maryland at Southern Maryland.
