Townsend Is Outstanding Young Scientist Award Winner
Troy Townsend, associate professor at St. Mary’s College of Maryland and board member of The Patuxent Partnership, was recently honored as an Outstanding Young Scientist by the Maryland Academy of Sciences and the Maryland Science Center.
SMR Celebrates Flight Academy Opening
An endowment from The Patuxent Partnership has enabled St. Mary’s Ryken High School in Leonardtown to open a STEM lab flight program. TPP board members joined faculty and staff of the school to celebrate the opening May 3.
