Music Series Welcomes Jazz Vocalist

Quilts on Display at Lex Park Library


The Pax River Quilters Guild currently has a show at the Lexington Park Library. Quilts made by members will be on display throughout May.

Arts Council to Award Scholarships

The St. Mary’s County Arts Council will present up to four $1,000 awards to graduating seniors from any of the public or private St. Mary’s schools; home-schooled students are also eligible to apply.

Arts Council Hosts McNeill Photo Exhibit


A special edition of the Leonardtown, MD, A&E Artist Spotlight series will feature the life and work of renowned American photographer Robert H. McNeill. The St. Mary’s County Arts Council is also hosting an exhibit of Mr. McNeill’s jazz photography at its gallery in town. The show will run throughout February.
