Time to Apply for ASNE Scholarships
Applications for the American Society of Naval Engineer’s Scholarships are now being accepted for the 2020-2021 academic year. The Patuxent Partnership reminds students that ASNE awards both undergraduate and graduate scholarships each academic year.
College, Career Fair to Be Held Jan. 24
The St. Mary’s County NAACP’s Southern Maryland Spring College & Career Fair will be held from 9 am to 1 pm Friday, January 24, 2020.
Volunteers Sought for Robotics Scrimmage
A VEX VRC and VEX IQ Robotics Scrimmage will be held December 14 at North Point High School, and volunteers are needed. The Patuxent Partnership is helping search for volunteers for the robotics events.
Donations Needed for Feed the Family Program
Donations are being sought for the St. Mary’s Caring Soup Kitchen’s Holiday Feed the Family program which will provide groceries for two weeks during the winter school break in December. The Patuxent Partnership is helping to publicize the program.
Cybersecurity Experts to Gather at CyberMaryland
CyberMaryland 2019 will be held in Baltimore on December 5 and 6. The Patuxent Partnership is helping to publicize the event.
Navy Offering Oracle II Tech Briefings
Two separate sessions for a Department of Navy Oracle II Enterprise Software License Agreement and Technology Briefing will be offered on Dec. 5, 2019. The Patuxent Partnership is helping publicize the briefings.

Watergate: The Documentary – Nov. 19
