CSM Writing Award Honors Wayne Karlin
Professor Emeritus Wayne Karlin has been honored at the College of Southern Maryland with a creative writing award established in his name.

The reception for Visions of Verses — a show celebrating both written and physical art and the inspiration behind them — was attended by more than 75 art enthusiasts at the calvART Gallery in Prince Frederick on April 14. There are still a few days left to see the show, which runs through May 6.
Connections Reading Set May 6
The Spring 2016 Connections literary magazine has been completed, and on May 6 several of the contributors will offer a special reading at 7:30 p.m. on the College of Southern Maryland La Plata campus in the Center for Business and Industry’s Dr. John M. Sine Conference Room (Room 103).
