1st SMECO EV Charging Station Opens
Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative opened its first EV Recharge public charging station for electric vehicles at the St. Mary’s County Public Library and Garvey Activity Senior Center on Hayden Farm Lane in Leonardtown. The station has 24-hour access.
SMECO Scholarship Applications Available
Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative is offering college scholarships for the 2021-2022 school year. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, April 6, 2021.
Lower SMECO Energy Rates in Effect
