Pianist Roadfeldt Next in Concert Series
Pianist Holly Roadfeldt will perform at the next College of Southern Maryland Ward Virts concert. The free performance will be at 3 pm April 8 at CSM’s Prince Frederick Campus, Building B, Multipurpose Room at 115 J.W. Williams Road in Prince Frederick. Doors open at 2:30 pm.
Earn College Credit at Summer Academy
With programs such as Robotics, American Music, Personal Finance, Cybersecurity, and Environmental Science, the College of Southern Maryland’s Summer Scholars Academy will give high school students the opportunity to take an in-depth look at an area of interest while earning college credit.
CSM to Host Book Discussion at L’town Campus
The College of Southern Maryland will host a book discussion April 5 at its Leonardtown Campus. The discussion on “She’s Not There: A Life in Two Genders” by Jennifer Finney Boylan is open to the public and is being presented in partnership with CSM Counseling Services and the CSM Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity.
Employers Can Register for Job Fair
Employer registration is open until March 27 to participate in the 2018 Tri-County Job and Career Fair to be held from 10 am to 2 pm April 10 at the College of Southern Maryland La Plata Campus. Cost for employers to participate is $175.

Robotics Team Headed for Worlds
The College of Southern Maryland Talons Robotics Team has qualified for the fifth consecutive year to compete at the VEX U World Championship. This pinnacle of the university-level robotics competitive season will take place April 25-28, 2018, in Louisville, Ky.
