Students at the College of Southern Maryland recently participated in the launch of Cyber Fast Track Maryland, a new program that has been established to help close a widening gap of job openings in the field of cybersecurity.

Grant Funds Energy Degree Scholarships

Fifteen students at the College of Southern Maryland who are pursuing an Energy Degree now have the opportunity to receive scholarships, funded by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

CSM Robotics Team Going to Worlds

The College of Southern Maryland’s competitive robotics team, the Talons, has qualified for the fourth year in a row for the VEX-U World Championships. After sweeping the March 10 tournament at Fairmont State University, the team won the Excellence Award and will travel to Kentucky on April 19 to 22 to compete in the world championship.
