The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm Thursday, Dec. 22, at MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital in Leonardtown.
Hoyer, Team MD Announce Preschool Funding
Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (Md.-5) has joined U.S. Senators Ben Cardin and Barbara A. Deputies Help Parents With Secure Car Seats
Rules on car seats can be convoluted, and making sure a seat is strapped properly into a car can be confusing. The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is working with the community to ensure children are properly secured in car seats and that the public is aware of the rules in regard to age and size of the children. Regular safety seat inspections are scheduled at the office, and the latest was held Nov. 17, 2016.
