When Dyson Building Center expanded its Marine department they did more than add accessories and equipment for boats, although they do have a pretty decked out selection of everything from coolers to brass hardware and fixtures for all that floats.
In the new Marine aisles, hardware and fixtures for docks and piers are also available. Brands and stock have been selected with the family-owned business’ knowledge of what is needed to stand up to the weather and conditions of the Chesapeake Bay.
Melanie Dyson takes particular pride in some new lines of paint, varnish, and coatings in compliance with water safety regulations as well as outstanding and well tested products. One new line is formulated in Louisiana where brackish water is also part of the challenge facing boat, dock or pier owners.
