Mark your calendars. Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative linemen will compete in the Gaff-n-Go Rodeo to be held May 16-17, 2025, at Meadow Event Park in Doswell, VA.
SMECO Nominating Committee Meets May 13
The 2017 Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative Nominating Committee — appointed at the March meeting of SMECO’s Board of Directors — will meet at 9 am Saturday, May 13, 2017, to select candidates for SMECO’s board.

Several linemen entered the Gaff’n’Go Lineman’s Rodeo, where two teams placed first in the Equipment Operators Rodeo and third overall.
