TPP to Present ‘Maritime Patrol: Eyes and Ears of the Fleet’ Panel
The Patuxent Partnership/Association of Naval Aviation panel with the Maritime Patrol Association will present Maritime Patrol: Eyes and Ears of the Fleet on April 30. Keynote speaker will be VADM Frank “Spanky” Morley.
ASEC Earns TPP Member of Year Award
Aviation Systems Engineering Company was honored for its outstanding leadership, community support, and commitment to the economic growth and development of Southern Maryland on May 23 when it was named 2017 Member of the Year by The Patuxent Partnership.
Students Train to Use Quadcopters
Early in December, more than 75 Southern Maryland students, mentors, coaches, and parents gathered at the Patuxent River Naval Air Museum to learn about a new quadcopter program, initiated by The Patuxent Partnership, for local high school students.
Move to Put Drones at Wallops Gains New Support
The Accomack County, VA, joins lobbying efforts to locate the Navy still-under-development MQ-4C Triton drone program at the Wallops Flight Facility. Two other sites under consideration are in Jacksonville, FL, and Key West, FL.
