Learn About Benefits of LSM Program

Want to learn about critical issues, challenges, and opportunities facing the region? The Leadership Southern Maryland Board of Directors will hold informal breakfast meetings in Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s counties to help potential candidates learn more about the benefits of the LSM program. Board members, alumni, and Class of 2017 members will be available to share information about the LSM Executive Program and application process with interested LSM candidates.

Meeting locations include:

Calvert County
  • Thursday, Feb. 2, 2017, 8:30-9:30 am at Arc of Southern Maryland, 355 West Dares Beach Road, Prince Frederick, MD 20678.
Charles County
  • Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017, and Friday, Feb. 10, 2017,  8:30-9:30 am at Zekiah Technologies,  103 Centennial St., Suite G,  La Plata, MD 20646.
St. Mary’s County
  • Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017, and Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017, 8:30-9:30 am at the College of Southern Maryland Leonardtown Campus,  Building C Room 2016, Leonardtown, MD 20650.

Upcoming Leadership Southern Maryland Events
Join fellow alumni and the Class of 2017 participants for an evening of networking, which will be held from 5:30 to 7 pm Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017, at The Greene Turtle on St. Mary’s Avenue in La Plata. Organizers say it will be a wonderful opportunity to have a rich and engaging conversation about with fellow alumni about the communities within the region.  All are welcome.  This will be a cash bar; however, the LSM Alumni Association will provide appetizers to enjoy.
