April is fast approaching and we are gearing up for the 2nd Annual SOMD Women’s Show & Kids’ Expo – which is slated for Saturday, April 27, 2013.
As the promoters of the event, 3 Chicks Promotions would like to invite your company to participate in our upcoming tri-county event.
Last year’s show was a historic event for the ladies of Southern Maryland; with almost 100 exhibitors and more than 600 attendees from all three counties. This year, we anticipate the exhibitor and attendee numbers to double. Currently, we already have close to 70 vendors and more coming on-board each day.
The quality of vendors – brick and mortar, non-profit, small and home-based businesses – and the activities at the event are superior! We will be featuring a fashion show, fitness & dance demonstrations, food tastings, shopping, and informational services – this show is a wonderful day for all involved!
With major sponsors and vendors coming back again this year, we are especially proud to welcome MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital, Olde Towne Insurance, Waldorf Subaru, and Waldorf VW as some of our major sponsors for 2013!
In addition, we plan to offer a philanthropic feature in the form of a Bachelor Auction with auction proceeds going to the Wounded Warrior Project; including having a tribute to three wounded warriors and MC’d by Heather from STAR 98.3 FM.
And did we mention the incredible business-to-business and business-to-consumer networking opportunities? Not only do you have the ability to network with other vendors/sponsors, but interact with a captive consumer base as well.
Additionally, we will be offering vendors an opportunity to be indoors or outdoors. However you choose to participate, we know that you’ll be satisfied with the level of sophistication of the event, the quality of attendee participation, and the extensive marketing and Public Relations campaigns (including print media, radio, online, social media and grass roots promotions).
We offer numerous ways to participate in our event: from major sponsorship of the show, main stage, and courtyard, to smaller sponsorships, Man Cave sponsorship, Swag Bag sponsorship, and basic exhibitor packages. But don’t delay, we already have several levels starting to sell-out and the $25 discount on outdoor premium and standard spaces will expire on February 28th.
