TPP Awards 3 Engineering Scholarships at CSM
Skye Blado, left, David Reynolds, and Steven McPhee have each received a full scholarship from The Patuxent Partnership to attend CSM and study engineering. The Patuxent Partnership continues to support STEM education through the TPP Pathways Scholarship. The Pathways Scholarships have been awarded to three Southern Maryland high school graduates to attend the College of Southern Maryland in the fall thanks to the students’ exceptional achievements and a unique partnership between CSM and TPP aimed at building the region’s workforce pipeline. South China Sea Headlines TPP’s ’23 Defense Summit
The all-day 2023 Defense Summit was the first held since 2019, but not the first time The Patuxent Partnership headlined the South China Sea in its efforts to alert industry, government, and academia to the importance of working together in support of the NAS Pax River missions.

Employers, Check Out Tech Jobs Rule Apprenticeship Program
AMP/Tech Jobs Rule is an apprenticeship program with the Dr. James A. Forrest Technology Center, The Patuxent Partnership and some of TPP’s member companies, and the Strategic Education Office of NAWCAD. Employers interested in the program should fill out a 2023-2024 industry request form.
TPP Presents Dynamic Program on Naval Aviation & National Security
The Patuxent Partnership held its 2023 Defense Summit last month with an audience of 250-plus attending the program of dynamic panels, as well as speakers from NAWCAD and NAVAIR leadership discussing naval aviation and national security. This was TPP’s first full-day program since fall 2019.
