Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative has mailed 2024 annual meeting ballots and notices to all SMECO members. Completed ballots must be received by August 14.

With Library ‘Storywalks,’ Kids Can Stroll and Read
Patrons at the Leonardtown and Charlotte Hall libraries will soon be able to stroll through a series of outdoor reading stations for children. The “storywalks” are set to open May 11.
35 Teams Compete in SMECO Math Challenge

Easter Egg Festival Set @ Fairgrounds Rain or Shine

SMECO Announces Richards’ Resignation
Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative’s Board of Directors recently announced that James A. Richards has resigned his seat on the Board as of February 19, 2024.
