Higher Ed Open House Set Nov. 2
Southern Maryland Higher Education Center will present more than 90 degree programs from 10 universities from 4 to 7 pm Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, at the center’s open house. SMHEC offers programs for bachelor completion degrees, doctorates, and more than 50 master’s degrees.

Holocaust film “Son of Saul” will be shown at the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center’s Fall 2016 World Cinema Series at 6:30 pm Thursday, Oct. 13, in California, MD. Admission is free.
Apply Now for Fall ’16 at SMHEC
This past year, 186 students received bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate degrees or graduate certificates offered at SMHEC. Of that group 109 received master’s degrees, two received doctorates, and 56 received bachelor’s degrees. Plus 19 more received certificates in education.
