Chef Rebarchick Grows Lenny’s Herbs for Best Flavor

Chef Dan Rebarchick, owner of Lenny’s Restaurant, grows many of his own fresh herbs, including some from a small garden behind his restaurant in California, Maryland.
In a series of videos, including the one shown here, he talks about which herbs grow well in Southern Maryland and offers some suggestions of where the best starter plants can be locally purchased. Here and throughout the series he offers growing and preserving tips for the herbs he uses the most in his recipes.
