Hornet Crash Was 2nd Involving Aircraft From the Reagan
An F/A-18F Super Hornet assigned to the aircraft carrier Ronald Reagan suffered what authorities believe was a “mechanical issue” during routine operations Monday over the Philippine Sea. The crew was forced to eject. It was the second crash in less than a month involving aircraft from the Reagan.
Hoyer Plans Election Security Forum
Two US congressmen visited the Election Assistance Commission in Silver Spring in early May, and while there announced their plans to host a public forum on Election Security on May 22 in Rockville. Congressman Steny H. Hoyer made the announcement with Congressman Jamie Raskin, who serves on the Committee on House Administration, which oversees the EAC.
