Companies Can Register for TPP Spark! Career Fair
Businesses and organizations can sign up for The Patuxent Partnership’s annual Spark! Student Career Awareness Fair to be held from 9am to 1:30pm Tuesday, March 25, 2026.
Students Can Apply for NAWCAD Workshop
The 2026 Functional Areas of Business summer workshop will be offered at NAS Patuxent River from June 22 to 25 for rising high school juniors, seniors, and 2026 high school graduates to explore a variety of business disciplines supporting the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division.

NDTA Foundation Accepting Scholarship Applications
The NDTA Foundation scholarship application process for the 2026-2027 academic year is open through April 15 for four programs for members and their children. The program encourages students to pursue careers related to logistics, transportation, supply chain, distribution, and passenger travel services.
TPP Pathways Scholarship Accepting Applications
The Patuxent Partnership Pathways scholarship program is accepting applications for 2026-27. The scholarships will be awarded to graduating high school seniors who plan to attend the College of Southern Maryland and major in engineering.
St. Mary’s Science Fair Set Jan. 16
The St. Mary’s County Science and Engineering Fair will be held January 16, 2026, at the USMSM SMART Building and is open to St. Mary’s residents.
Gray Named New Sotterley Exec. Director
Scott Gray has been named as executive director at Historic Sotterley. He assumes the position from Nancy Easterling, who announced her retirement in May.
