The Patuxent Partnership will lead the 2023 Maryland Junior Science and Humanities Symposium for the fifth year. Students throughout Maryland are invited to compete for scholarships and the opportunity to present at the national level.

David Steiner, author and executive director of the Johns Hopkins Institute for Education Policy, will discuss his new book, “A Nation at Thought: Restoring Wisdom in America’s Schools,” on November 16, 2023, at the College of Southern Maryland Center for Health Sciences in Hughesville.
