Pax Noise Advisory Set Dec. 16
Communities surrounding the Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Outlying Field Webster, and the Northern Neck of Virgina are advised that a noise-generating night-time test event is scheduled to take place from 5:30 to 7:30pm December 16, 2025.
New Gate Hours at Pax for the Holidays
Naval Air Station Pax River will begin holiday gate hours starting close of business Friday, Dec. 18, 2020. Normal gate operations will resume Monday, Jan. 4, 2021.
Old Munitions at Webster Field: Public Comment Sought
The window to provide comment on the Navy’s proposed Remedial Action Plan an old munitions site at Webster Field in St. Inigoes, MD, is currently open and will remain open through Oct. 5, 2019. A public meeting is scheduled Oct. 8, 2019.
