Hoyer, Congresswoman Barbara Lee of California, chair of the Majority Leader Task Force on Poverty and Opportunity; and Congresswoman Sylvia Garcia of Texas, vice chair on Urban Poverty, toured a Mary’s Center and the Judith P. Hoyer Early Learning Hub.
