St. Mary’s Food Security Report Available
The Healthy St. Mary’s Partnership has released the 2022 Food Security Report for St. Mary’s County. In 2020, 9.6% of St. Mary’s County residents and 9.6% of children in St. Mary’s were considered to be food insecure.

FREE Physical Activity Classes for New & Expecting Moms
For a limited time only, there will be FREE physical activity classes offered for pregnant and postpartum women. Three local organizations are offering free exercise programs:, Peaktop Wellness; Willows Recreation Center, and The Synthesis Center of St. Mary’s at the Real Food Studio.
