T-45 Contract Moves

Sources Sought:

USMC MH-53E Configuration and Loads Trainer – The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, FL, seeks potential sources with the ability to produce training solutions that satisfy the MH-53E Configuration and Loads Trainer requirements.

T-45 Aircraft Maintenance and Logistics Support – The Department of the Navy Program Executive Office – Tactical Air, PEO(T) Program Management Activity-273 (PMA-273) Naval Undergraduate Flight Training Systems, and Chief of the Naval Air Training Command (CNATRA) require Contractor services, supplies and tasks for the maintenance and logistics support of the United States Navy (USN) T-45 Training System (T-45TS) aircraft program.

Chemical Analysis Instrument – Solicitation N00421-12-T-0124 is issued as a synopsis/request for quote. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.

Apantac Video Multi-viewer – The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement for Apantac items.

Robotic Assembly Cell – The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake, CA intends to procure a Robotic Assembly Cell. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.

Contracts Awarded:

Retrofit Incorporation of APG-73 into F/A-18A+/C/D – The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a sole-source firm fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-11-G-0001 with The Boeing Company (Boeing) of St. Louis, Missouri 63166, for the procurement of ECP-MDC-F/A-18-00620 Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) for Retrofit Incorporation of APG-73 into F/A-18A+/C/D.

V-22 JATAS & A-DIRCM System Integration – This contract is being solicited under a five-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Bell-Boeing Joint Project Office (Bell-Boeing) for Development, Integration, Production, and other support Requirements required to execute the V-22 program.

CV-22 Integration Support – The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) delivery order under NAVAIR BOA N00019-08-G-0012 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Electronic Systems, Land and Self Protection Systems Division, Rolling Meadows, IL, for CV-22 Integration Support to the AAQ-24(V) Navy Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures (DoN LAIRCM) program.
