The Boeing Co., Seattle, Wash., is being awarded a $226,999,940 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract (N00019-04-C-3146) for services in support of the P-8A System Development and Demonstration Program for the T-1 and T-3 aircraft. This modification will support interim flight clearance for the P-8A aircraft in the special mission configuration. Work will be performed in Seattle, Wash. (59 percent); Baltimore, Md. (32 percent); and St. Louis, Mo. (9 percent). Work is expected to be completed in August 2016. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
Northrop Grumman Corp., Integrated Systems, Bethpage, N.Y., is being awarded a not-to-exceed $157,942,000 advance acquisition contract for long lead material and related support for the full rate production of five E-2D Advanced Hawkeye aircraft (Lot 1). Work will be performed in Syracuse, N.Y. (32.6 percent); Bethpage, N.Y. (15.5 percent); Dallas, Texas (12.4 percent); Menlo Park, Calif. (9.8 percent); Woodland Hills, Calif. (6 percent); and various locations within the United States (23.7 percent). The work is expected to be completed in March 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-12-C-0063).
The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $132,823,284 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-09-C-0086) to exercise an option for the procurement of 12 EA-18G Lot 36 full rate production airborne electronic attack kits and the associated non-recurring engineering. Work will be performed in Baltimore, Md. (41.1 percent); St. Louis, Mo. (36.3 percent); Bethpage, N.Y. (19 percent); and Fort Wayne, Ind. (3.6 percent). Work is expected to be completed in September 2014. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
