Wesley Is Keynote for Women in STEM Event
Dr. Syria Wesley, an alumna of College of Southern Maryland, will return to the La Plata Campus on May 3 to offer the keynote speech at the college’s annual Women in STEM Conference.
Poinsett Awarded for Faculty Excellence
Prof. Sandy Poinsett was honored this year with the CSM Faculty Excellence Award, an annual honor given to one member of the college’s permanent faculty. Prof. Poinsett’s award was announced at the college’s spring commencement ceremony May 18, 2017, at the La Plata Campus.
