Contracts Solicited:

Hydraulic Component Test Stand – The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ has a requirement to competitively procure the A/F27T-12 Hydraulic Component Test Stand (HCTS) for use at all land based Fleet Readiness Centers (FRC).

Shipping Container – The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Reusable Controlled Breathing container.

Ciena Training – The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure training classes on an other than full and open competition basis.

5″ Rocket Laser Guidance Systems – The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis a Weapons Performance Data Package relating to a 5″ Rocket Laser Guidance System.

Joint Strike Fighter Sustainment Business Case Analysis – The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate on non-competitive basis with A.T. Kearney, Inc. 1300 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 1550, Arlington, Virginia 22209 for Sustainment Business Case Analysis (BCA) and Affordability Program Support, Phase II for the Joint Strike Firghter Program Office (JSFPO).

Water Cooled Load Bank – The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This request is set-aside for Total Small Business under authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.

 

HARM USAF Spares for Depot Repair – The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Raytheon Missile Systems, Tucson, Arizona for High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) U.S. Air Force Depot Spare Parts. NAVAIR intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (N00019-10-G-0006).

Mission Computer Obsolescence Initiative – The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement Contract N00019-12-G-0006 with the Bell Boeing Joint Program Office on an ‘other than full and open’ competitive basis to address commonality driven issues.

Non-Recurring Engineering for Substantiation of Dynamic Component Lives on the Navy MH-60S Aircraft – The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source order under a Basic Ordering Agreement with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), Stratford, CT. It is anticipated that this contract action will be a Firm Fixed Price order for the Non-Recurring Engineer (NRE) services necessary to establish MH-60S Dynamic Component life limits using three usage spectrums.

Phase 1 Digital Rocket Launcher Airworthiness Demonstration & Unguided Rockets Fleet Introduction– The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-08-G-0010 on a sole source basis with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. This effort will include all labor and materials required for developing, testing and fielding an unguided and guided rockets capability on the MH-60 Sierra aircraft.

 

Contracts Awarded:

Parachute Components –  The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA procured on an other than full and open competition basis, a firm fixed priced contract for parachute components.
