Nationally recognized motivational trainer Steve Richman comes to the Solomons Yacht Club Feb. 24, bringing what’s been called an “hour of power” to a two-hour morning address on what it takes to succeed as “The Modern Realtor.”

From Generational Marketing to Apps to improve Your Communication Tools, Steve Richman brings an expertise in sales, marketing, and account management and development with a concentration in the mortgage and real estate industries.

“I was so impressed when I heard him I knew I had to bring him here,” said Barry Friedman of Primary Residential Mortgage in California, MD.

Mr. Richman understands the real estate industry. He knows “the four things everyone wants from your company.” And “the three things everyone wants from you!”

The market has changed, says Mr. Richman. “Have you?”

He speaks to the specifics of what it takes to succeed in the modern, multi-generational, real estate market. Should you call or text? What is a boomerang kid and why should you care?  Do millennials want to own a home? What is the Millenial Mindset?

“We have a vibrant, and broad-base of home buyers in Southern Maryland,” Mr. Friedman said. “What Steve Richman talks about are the ways to reach all parts of that market today, with today’s communication tools.”
