Advanced Targeting Forward Looking Infared(ATFLIR) Off-Aircraft Power Cable Assembly – The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for five (5) Advanced Targeting Forward Looking Infared(ATFLIR) Off-Aircraft Power Cable Assembly, P/N: E10-23579-3 in support of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Super Hornet Program.

Master Parts List (MPL) / Master Equipment List (MEL) in support of the vehicle integrations shop – The Navy intends to issue multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the acquisition of Master Parts List / Supplies in support of the vehicle integrations shop at Webster Field, St. Inigoes, MD. The BPAs will be issued IAW the terms and conditions contained in the RFP with an attachment and exhibit. The BPAs will be valid for 5 years IAW all terms and conditions contained in the RFP.

Diesel Engine Kit – Solicitation N00421-12-T-0121 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.

Repair of Conditioned Air System (CAS) Unit – Solicitation N00421-12-T-0078 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.

Siemens Mach 3 Design Bundle upgrade – Upgrade 5 Work Stations from Siemens UG10763 Advanced Product Design Bundle to Siemens Mach 3 Design Bundle including NX Embedded Client, NX Open C & C++ Runtime Software 3D Annotation (GD & T, PMI) & Dynamic & Photorealistic Rendering Advanced Surface Analysis. The requirement also includes concurrent licenses for Aerospace Sheet Metal, Catia V5 Interface, Teamcenter Embedded Client (NX), and related Training and Maintenance.

Warfare Analysis, Engineering and Technical Services – The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division has a requirement for Warfare Analysis, Engineering and Technical Support Service. This requirement is for the Naval and Joint warfighting capability assessments and Modeling and Simulation (M&S) to supplement and enhance AIR-4.10 government and military warfighting analytic efforts that are conducted in support of Program Executive Offices (PEOs), the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE), and the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV). The required support is multi-faceted and provides services in support of warfare analysis, M&S, software development, and analytic program requirements. The services identified within this contract are anticipated to be performed at Patuxent River, MD and Arlington, VA.

Sheave – Solicitation N00421-12-T-0122 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.

Radio Frequency Adapters & Connectors – The solicitation number N68335-12-T-0046 is listed as a request for quotation (RFQ) for a variety of RF plug connectors, coaxial adapters, adapters, and RF Cable Assemblies at varying quantities.

High Speed Mobile Surface Target Trailers– The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement for three (3) High Speed Mobile Surface Target Boat Trailers.

Gas Cylinder Cabinet – The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River, MD intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and 13; and FAR Part 6.302-1.

Contracts Awarded:

Rynglok Tool Kit for the KC-130J – The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Eaton Corporation Aerospace Division of Jackson, MI for the procurement of one (1) Rynglok Tool Kit P/N RTSK8-01-001 that will be used by the KC-130J Foreign Military Sales Kuwait program to repair tubes at all pressure ratings.
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition.
