Solicited:

Roll on Roll Off sensor package: The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Contracts Department at Patuxent River, MD in support of NAVAIR 4.5X, Special Surveillance Programs is seeking information regarding the continued Research and Development to support various Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Targeting (C4ISR&T) Systems. The incumbent has been supporting related initiatives for the past eight years, including a C-130 Roll-on/Roll-off (RO/RO) sensor package. NAWCAD wants a RO/RO sensor package available for increased Government demand. The results of the Sources Sought will be utilized to determine if any Small Business Set-Aside opportunities exist. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Furthermore, this market research tool is being used to identify potential and eligible firms, of all sizes, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Solicitation.

RFI – Voice Switching System: The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is seeking information regarding the procurement of a configurable voice switching system to support the communication needs of test support personnel at the Atlantic Test Range.

Navigation Database: Solicitation N00421-12-T-0062 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.

Awarded:

Bell-Boeing Joint Project Office, Amarillo Texas, is being awarded $37,582,267 for delivery order #0015 under previously awarded cost- plus-fixed-fee contract (N00383-10-D-003N) for the repair of various components for the V-22 aircraft.  Work will be performed in Roanoke, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 30, 2013.  The Navy Working Capital Funds being used will not expire before the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was not competitively procured.  NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, Portsmouth, R.I., is being awarded a $10,441,880 firm-fixed-price delivery order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-08-G-0013) for non-recurring engineering, highly accelerated life test, and integrated logistics services required to complete Part II Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 6515-E-022 for the MH-60R helicopter.  ECP 6515-E-022 will integrate the Airborne Low Frequency Sonar Digital Transducer Assembly into MH-60Rs.  Work will be performed in Brest, France (64 percent), and Portsmouth, R.I. (36 percent), and is expected to be completed in October 2012.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded an $8,093,981 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously issued delivery order placed against basic ordering agreement (N00019-11-G-0001) to exercise an option for engineering and maintenance support for the integration testing of engineering changes for the T-45 aircraft.  Work will be performed at the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Md., and is expected to be completed in December 2012.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
