Master Parts List (MPL) / Master Equipment List (MEL) in support of the vehicle integrations shop: The Navy intends to issue multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the acquisition of Master Parts List / Supplies in support of the vehicle integrations shop a t Webster Field, St. Inigoes, MD. The BPAs will be issued IAW the terms and conditions contain in the RFP with an attachment and exhibit. The BPAs will be valid for 5 years IAW all terms and conditions contained in the RFP.
Laser Guided Training Round: Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.001(a), this synopsis is being issued as a “Sources Sought Notice.” The US Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Program Executive Office (PEO) Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons (U&W), Precision Strike Weapons Program (PMA-201) is seeking capability statements from experienced and qualified industry sources for the production of the Laser Guided Training Round (LGTR) in accordance with Government Performance Specification AS6178A with Specification Change Notice (SCN) 001, SCN002, and SCN003 (classified), Interface Control Drawing (ICD) 923AS390 (Rev. C), and marking drawing 923AS398.
5.1 Aircrew Services: SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland, Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL) and Naval Test Wing Pacific (NTWP) of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), has a requirement to provide aircrew services, engineering, technical services, independent analysis, and technical support related to air vehicles.
V-22 Training IPT Support Services: THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD has a requirement to modify cost plus fixed fee contract N00421-11-C-0022 with Organizational Strategies, Inc., 2231 Crystal Drive, Suite 116, Arlington, VA 22202-3711, in order to extend the period of performance and increase the level of effort. A sole source modification to the contract will be issued to assist the V-22 Training IPT (PMA-275) in providing continued training support, materials and travel necessary. The contractor must have the detailed knowledge of MV-22 and CV-22 simulators, training devices and the MV-22 and CV-22 customer vision, goals, and objectives as it pertains to training Marine Corps MV-22 and Air Force CV-22 pilots, crew chiefs, flight engineers and maintainers. The contractor will provide the following support tasks for the V-22 Training System: Training System Integration, V-22 Training System Implementation, Marine Corps Aviation Learning Management System (MCALMS) Technical Support, V-22 Fast Response Group (FRG) IPT Technical Support and Aviation Training System. The period of performance for this increase level of effort will cover 23 December 2011 through 22 June 2012.
Power Supply: Solicitation N00421-12-T-0064 is issued as a synopsis/request for quote. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request for competition, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This request is Brand name or Equal,”Amrel” under FAR clause 52.211-6. This request is set-aside for Total Small Business under authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.

Wyle Laboratories, Inc., Huntsville, Ala., is being awarded a $33,693,891 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract (N00421-03-D-0015) to execute an award term for continued E-2C/E-2D/C-2 planning, program, and financial services in support of the Navy (79 percent); and under the Foreign Military Sales Program, the governments of France, Taiwan, Egypt, Japan, Singapore, and Canada (21 percent). Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Md., and is expected to be completed in December 2012. No funding is being obligated at time of award. Funding will be obligated on individual task orders as they are issued. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
