Jib Crane – Notice of Intent for Sole Source to OEM.
Contracts Solicited:
Antenna Overhaul Project – Solicitation N00421-12-T-0126 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order with Tonoga and under FAR clause 52.211-6 and the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Items must be TONOGA, INC products. This request is set-aside for Total Small Business under authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.
Fabricate Steel Shims – The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River, MD intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is set-aside for small business, under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.
Swashplate Actuator Hardware Installation Effort – The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-12-G-0006 with the Bell Boeing Joint Program Office on an ‘other than full and open’ competitive basis to provide non-recurring engineering for upgraded installation hardware for the Swashplate Actuator on the V-22 and qualification of those parts to improve reliability, maintainability, and readiness.
Tube Bender – The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with the Tulip Corporation, City of Industry, CA for quantity of one (1) Eight Foot Tube Bender, P/N: 210R6ABCDE-5-GN, with an option for a two year spares package.
SH-60B Capability Defect Package (CDP) ASW Attack Accuracy Support – The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-09-G-0005 with Lockheed Martin Corporation (LM). This effort is for SH-60B software maintenance and support tasks. Tasks include the Capability Defect Package (CDP) ASW Attack Accuracy software deficiency corrections which are defined by the NAVAIR 4.0 Program Related Engineering (PRE) Program Manager.
Bose Headset and Cable – Solicitation N00421-12-T-0130 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis under the authority of FAR 52.211-6 Manufacturer must be Bose Corporation, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13, and Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.

JobBOSS Software Maintenance – The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Exact Software North America, LLC, Middletown, MA for a software maintenance agreement for JobBoss software.
