Explore Feathers and Fur at Annmarie

spring break

Come check out November’s Eco-Exploration at Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center in Solomons, Maryland, which will focus on Feathers and Fur and how animals survive the winter.

Staff Naturalist Hester Burch will give a hands-on exploration of owls, rabbits, squirrels, birds and more from 10 to 11 am Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2015.

Participants will learn how these animals live through our chilly winters, then will create their own woodland critter ornament to take home.

The wildly popular Eco-exploration program is offered select Wednesdays. Families are welcome. Check out Annmarie Garden on Facebook, where you can see pictures of past explorations while learning about the upcoming topic for each new Eco-exploration! No registration is required and participation is included with regular admission. If you are bringing a large group, please contact Ms. Burch so she can best be prepared. [email protected].
