This week’s winter storm proved to be more about wind than snow here in Lexington Park, but Sharon McLeod-Hare, general manager of the Comfort Inn and Suites in Lexington Park, Maryland was never worried.
Even as several hundred homes and businesses lost power across the county, McLeod-Hare was confident in the knowledge that her hotel has a generator.
“It’s the only hotel in the area that does,” Ms. McLeod-Hare said.
