Maryland Dove to Join SAIL250 Event

Historic St. Mary’s City’s tall ship Maryland Dove will represent Southern Maryland as part of the SAIL250 Maryland & Air Show Baltimore celebration taking place June 24 through 30, 2026.
Joining an international fleet of tall ships and naval vessels from around the world, Maryland Dove will showcase Maryland’s maritime heritage and 17th-century history during America’s 250th anniversary commemoration.
The Dove will be in Baltimore June 25-29, after appearing in SAIL250 Virginia June 19-23.
The SAIL250 in Baltimore will be a multi-day, family-friendly celebration showcasing more than 40 vessels from Maryland, across the United States, and around the globe—including US and Canadian Navy ships, tall ships from Europe, Aisa, and South America, Coast Guard cutters, sea service vessels, and other historic sailing ships.
All will be open for free public tours at locations throughout the city.
And, in a historic first, SAIL250 Maryland also announces four world-renowned military precision aerobatic teams performing together at one airshow—an unprecedented gathering of elite demonstration teams.
