Vendors Sought for Annmarie Antique & Flea Faire

Businesses and vendors with a specialty in antiques, collectibles, vintage home and garden, furniture, flea market finds, architectural salvage, vintage clothing and jewelry, and so much more are invited to apply to participate in the inaugural Annmarie Antique & Flea Faire at the beautiful Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center in Solomons, MD. The event is set for May 7 and 8, 2016, from 9 am to 3 pm each day.

There will be more than 100 vendor and outdoor booths, as well as presentations and demonstrations on DIY projects. Annmarie Garden has earned a reputation for creating well-organized events that boast high attendance, like Artsfest and Garden In Lights. This new event, Annmarie Antique & Flea Faire, will be a perfect addition to their successful line-up of festivals, and promises to attract guests from across the region – and to highlight the many antique, collectible, and flea businesses and destinations in the Southern Maryland region.

An affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution, Annmarie Garden is in scenic Solomons, Maryland, on the Chesapeake Bay. The sculpture garden features a walking path that meanders through the forest past permanent and loaned sculpture, including more than 35 works of art on loan from the Smithsonian Institution and the National Gallery of Art.

Annmarie Garden also presents a variety of award-winning special events, gallery shows, and public art programs. Annmarie Garden’s Studio School offers classes for all ages and abilities taught by talented faculty.

Annmarie Garden is located just off Route 2-4, on Dowell Road in Solomons; open 9 am to 5 pm daily; the Murray Arts Building and Gift Shop are open 10 am to 5 pm daily.
