Have Tea in the Garden at Annmarie

Tea in the Garden

Experience Annmarie Sculpture Garden and Art Center in a new way by attending Tea in the Garden on June 28, 2017. Join the AMG staff in the beautiful garden setting to learn the history of teas and the part they play in our society.

A display will offer an assortment of specialty teas, along with tea, cookies, homemade scones, and pastries. Attendees will be served a tasting plate of the quiche of the day and soup and salad. While at the tea, everyone can tour the exhibits that will be currently featured in the two galleries. Tea in the Garden is held once each season of the year so attendees can enjoy the garden in every season, as well as shop in the center’s unique gift shop. Other dates include Sept. 27 and Dec. 6.

This event is the perfect venue for group trips, parties, or a special afternoon out.

The event is held from noon to 1:30 pm. Admission is $20 for members, $25 for non-members. The ticket price is non-refundable. If there is a weather emergency in Calvert County on the day of the tea, the event will be rescheduled.
