Hoyer Asks EPA to Clarify Position on TMDLs

House members joined Congressman Steny H. Hoyer in pressing the Environmental Protection Agency to clarify its position on the enforcement of the Chesapeake Bay Agreement Total Maximum Daily Load, or TMDL, pollution reduction targets.
