FREE Physical Activity Classes for New & Expecting Moms
For a limited time only, there will be FREE physical activity classes offered for pregnant and postpartum women. Three local organizations are offering free exercise programs:, Peaktop Wellness; Willows Recreation Center, and The Synthesis Center of St. Mary’s at the Real Food Studio.
Lex Park Library to Host Free Screenings of Film ‘Paper Tigers’
The Lexington Park Library will hold two free showings of the film “Paper Tigers,” a documentary about a high school that has radically changed its approach to disciplining students.

Behavioral Health Action Team to Meet
The Behavioral Health Action Team of the Healthy St. Mary’s Partnership is dedicated to improving behavioral health outcomes, including those related to mental health and substance abuse prevention and control. The team’s next meeting will be 10 to 11:30 am Friday, March 19, 2021.
