Free Retreat Teaches Mental Health First Aid

Walden Sierra and Camp Maria Retreat Center host a free Youth Mental Health First Aid training retreat Dec. 16-17, so participants can learn risk factors and warning signs of a variety of mental health challenges common among youth.
