SMECO Math Contest Draws 150 Students
The 26th annual regional MATHCOUNTS competition Feb. 1 brought middle school students from throughout Southern Maryland together to challenge their math skills. The event was sponsored by the Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative.

More than 200 students from 21 Southern Maryland schools traveled to Calvert High School in Prince Frederick on Feb. 2, 2019, for the 25th annual regional MATHCOUNTS, hosted by Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative.
